The Voice of Assamese Literature

The Asam Sahitya Sabha (অসম সাহিত্য সভা — “The Literary Society of Assam”) is the oldest and foremost literary-cultural organisation of Assam, founded on 27 December 1917 at Sivasagar to nurture the Assamese language, literature and culture. With its central office in Jorhat and over a thousand branches, it carries the literary heritage of Assam across the world — and our Noida Branch proudly continues that legacy in the National Capital Region.
